About Motherhood Grace
Motherhood is a blessing and also a huge transition, often one that new moms are not prepared for or supported through today. Let's change that.
WHY A GUIDE?
Support.
Comfort.
Guidance.
The Postpartum Grace Guide is broken into small, easy to understand daily messages complete with two or three journaling questions designed to provide support and encouragement during the first six weeks.
Journaling has been shown to reduce stress, manage anxiety, and cope with depression... a perfect strategy for transitioning during the early phases of motherhood.
We also offer an online supportive community for mothers that want to be surrounded by like-minded mamas in a similar phase of life. You don't have to go through this transition alone.
WHY FLOWERS?
Flowers are a beautiful part of nature, like motherhood. When tended to and cared for, flowers bloom to their fullest potential, just like new moms.
Throughout the guide, there are black and white drawings of flower bouquets new moms can color to release tension and anxiety.
Let us help you grow and bloom, mama.
WHAT MOMS ARE SAYING
DANA,
3 YEAR OLD + NEWBORN
This guide is truly amazing. Every single thing I’m feeling and worrying about is addressed each day. From my weak pelvic floor muscles to accepting help. You created a masterpiece that I’ll be gifting to all new mamas I know.
LAURA,
NEWBORN
Kate, what you’ve created is incredible. Just today, I was laying down while *** slept and was feeling discouraged. I started reading through the grace guide and your words resonated with me so much - I felt validated, comforted, and less alone reading through the pages. So far, your guide has been the shoulder I need during these early days. Thank you and you’re going to rock sharing this with the world. ❤️
RACHEL,
NEWBORN
Although it's designed for the first 6 weeks postpartum, it can be used at ANY POINT in your motherhood journey. I personally saved it for my final 6 weeks of maternity leave to help me cope with the mental and emotional transition of staying home with my little baby to working full time. It's clean, precise, and gives you SPACE (literally and figuratively) to help you navigate motherhood.
